Join artist Simone Clavin for a six-week Water Colour art course at Claremont Stadium. No previous experience is required. The emphasis is on exploration, experimentation and enjoying the process By the End of the Course, Participants Will Have: - An understanding of basic watercolour materials - Greater confidence controlling water and paint - Practised wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques - Explored layering, washes, lifting and dry-brush techniques - Experimented with texture and special effects - Developed an understanding of colour mixing and tone A full list of materials required for this class can be found here: https://www.claremontstadium.ie/lmetb-class-materials Tuition of this course is funded and delivered by LMETB Community Education Service. Learners, if they have not already completed a course with the LMETB. will be asked to complete a Learner Details Form upon starting this course.
