Service Description

Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that doesn’t require any special equipment. Sometimes referred to as "medication in motion" this low-impact, slow-motion exercise, you go without pausing through a series of motions, It can help lower blood pressure, boost immunity, improves balance, helping to reduce falls; also strengthens muscles in the legs and increases flexibility and stability in the ankles. This course is led by Ease Tai Chi and is funded by the Age and Opportunity Active Grant.
