 Kid's Disco Guidelines

Thank you for purchasing a ticket for the Kid's Disco taking place in Claremont Stadium. The disco will run from 7-9 pm.

​

Gates will open at 6:45pm for drop off and at 8:45pm for collection. Entry to Claremont Stadium will be via the gates on the entry road to Townspark Estate.

 You can collect your child from the Sports Hall inside the main building at 9pm. A small shop will be available for children to purchase refreshments. This is a cash-only shop.

Behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and may result in your child being asked to leave immediately. This is a strictly ticketed event. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket.

Rules 

​​

  • The event is for 9-12 year olds only.

  • If tickets are found to have been purchased for a child under 9, that child will not be permitted entry and ticket will not be refunded.

  • Ticket sales will end at 4pm on day of event. Tickets will not be sold after this time.

  • Parents/guardians will be able to drop off their children from 6.45pm.

  • The event will begin at 7pm.

  • The event is fully ticketed. Only those with a pre-booked numbered ticket will be allowed entry.

  • Tickets cannot be purchased on the door.

  • Access only with the supervision of parent/guardian.

  •  Each child will be issued a wristband which they must wear for the duration of the event.

  • All children must stay within the designated areas (Sports Hall and corridor for access to toilets) for the duration of the event.

  • A member of staff/volunteers will be stationed at each exit and in the corridor.

  • No child will be allowed to leave the building unsupervised.

  • Any child caught engaging in inappropriate behaviour (physical or verbal abuse towards another attendee or member of staff, damaging centre property, or the property of the DJ) will be asked to leave the event and their parent/guardian will be contacted to bring them home.

  • Parents/guardians will be able to arrive for collection from 8.45pm

  • The event will end at 9pm.
