Together For Our Mental Health (Under 16s)

The third in our series of workshops with Jigsaw Meath is aimed at young people in community settings under 16.

Attendees will

• Gain an understanding of Jigsaw's Mental Health approach
• Have a greater awareness of what can help young people's mental health.
• Identify strategies that they can implement to improve and manage their own mental health.
• Learn how and where a young person can get help.
• Become aware of ways to help get involved with the Jigsaw YMHP community.
