The course is a practical course where participants learn and practice a variety of mindful meditation practices. We cover, breath practice, open awareness, mindful movement, mindful walking, loving kindness and other aspects of theory and neuroscience that can support an individual with their mental health and stress levels. Each week builds on the last so that each person will have the tools to maintain their own practice after the course ends. Tuition for this course is funded and delivered by LMETB Community Education Service. Learners, if they have not already completed a course with the LMETB. will be asked to complete a Learner Details Form upon starting this course. Which will involve collecting a small amount of data for use in planning and funding future courses. For more information on this form please contact the LMETB directly at www.lmetb.ie
