Join Gemma and Dolores for Circuit Fit, a 6-week pay-as-you-go circuit training course starting 6th November at Claremont Stadium.

Circuit training focuses on a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning exercises and is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes cost €6 per week.
