The final in our series of workshops with Jigsaw Meath is aimed at young people in community settings over 16.
Attendees will
- Gain an understanding of Jigsaw's Mental Health approach
- Have a greater awareness of what can help young people's mental health.
- Identify strategies that they can implement to improve and manage their own mental health.
- Learn how and where a young person can get help.
- Become aware of ways to help get involved with the Jigsaw YMHP community.
