Heart Smart, a fitness and movement class for the over 50s starts September 11 at 10.30 am in Claremont Stadium, Navan. This six-week course with David Rock of D.R Fitness will focus on basic movement exercises, light weight lifting and other exercises designed to help keep you and your heart fit.
